Priority

To much work and limited resources - welcome to the real world. As effective as you might be, chances are you have more to do then there is time to do it. Make sure that what you do focus on is the correct priority - simple age old advice. What is the most important item to complete? What is the customer expecting? or demanding? Do you have items that are time constrained (need by a certain date)? What items, when complete, will reduce on-going work load (items that improve productivity)? If you need to, put a spreadsheet together to help your prioritization process:
